Glenda R. Snodgrass, CCP/CCA (bio) (press kit) has been President and Lead Consultant at The Net Effect since the company's inception in 1996. She helps organizations of all sizes develop effective information security and employee training programs. Glenda is a Certified CMMC Professional and Certified CMMC Assessor. (Read more about CMMC here.) She has followed this training and certification path to be in the best position possible to help her clients prepare for their official CMMC assessments.
A popular public speaker, Glenda enjoys giving presentations on information security at conferences and conventions, as well as civic and professional organizations. You will find her current schedule of public presentations here.
When she's not talking or writing about cyber security, you'll find Glenda at the barn with her horse.

Mitch Adair, Vice President and the firm's security specialist, has extensive
experience in Linux/UNIX system administration and network
design and implementation, as well as programming custom software
in C, perl and PHP -- from embedded PC/appliance programming to VoIP
and Linux kernel hacking.
He is also a credentialed CMMC Registered Practitioner.
When not hacking, breaking or pentesting something, Mitch likes to leave
computers behind and work on old cars.
Mitch holds a B.A. from the University of South Alabama (1994).
Geoff Peacock
is an avid ham radio operator, experienced radio engineer and long-time Linux enthusiast with vast experience in various communications technologies. He brings a broad perspective and reserve of innovating networking ideas to our clients' projects.
A founder of the Mobile Area Free-Net (the first ISP in the Mobile area) and its first Director, Geoff
was instrumental in bringing the first Internet access to Mobile County Public Schools. He organized and
participated in many volunteer work days, stringing cable and instructing teachers in the use of this new tool.
